Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return the Item:

    • Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number.
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Follow the return process to send back the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
